1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hindenrank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hindenrank provides independent economic risk ratings and analysis for crypto protocols. This includes protocol leaderboards, risk grades, investment screeners, and portfolio risk checks. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. Portfolio Risk Check

When you submit a wallet address for portfolio risk analysis, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We collect and store the submitted wallet address and associated portfolio data (token balances, protocol positions, and computed risk scores).
• We may periodically re-scan submitted wallet addresses to track portfolio changes and update risk assessments.
• You have the right to submit the wallet address, or it is a publicly available address you wish to analyze.

4. Data Usage

We use collected portfolio data to provide and improve the Service. Specifically:

• We use data in aggregate to produce analytics, trend reports, and market insights. No individual wallet addresses are identified publicly in aggregate reporting.
• We do not sell individual wallet data to third parties.
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data in commercial products such as research reports, indices, and API services.

5. Intellectual Property

All risk ratings, grades, scoring methodology, content, and analysis produced by Hindenrank are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our ratings or methodology without written permission. Linking to or citing Hindenrank with attribution is permitted.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any ratings, scores, or data. Crypto protocols are inherently risky and our analysis may not capture all risk factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hindenrank shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, financial losses from investment decisions made using our ratings.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping beyond reasonable API usage, submitting wallet addresses for harassment or doxxing purposes, or attempting to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms.

9. Account and Subscription Terms

Certain features require a free account or paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your stored wallet data and portfolio snapshots by emailing support@hindenrank.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to your wallet may be retained.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
